Students created a heart using words or pictures that show how they can lend their support to somebody in need. The hearts are on display at the Intermediate High School.
Each year I like to remind our families of our Winter Weather Plan.
I make the decision to delay or cancel school after I review the weather forecast and consult with our Transportation Department. When necessary, the district also consults with the municipalities and other resources within our community. Each decision regarding whether or not to delay or cancel school is made with student safety as the primary concern. I recognize that any delay or cancellation can create hardships for our families and do not take this decision lightly.
Seventh and eighth grade students in Mrs. Tepper's ESP Stage Craft class have been hard at work creating props and set pieces for the upcoming IHS Drama production of the musical Dear Edwina, Jr.
The students are a talented group, and they would love for you to come and see their work at the show on November 26 at 3:15 PM or 7:00 PM at the IHS auditorium.
Intermediate High School and Senior High School students recently participated in the Propaganda Academic Game competition at Slippery Rock University.
